It's funny how Giorgio and I met, I was working as a salesman of signs for businesses, I had a really miserably call day, I'm talking a few hours of rejection, then I stopped in the chelmsford area and went into the store, I was greeted by Giorgio, I thought, "This guy is really nice!" So we had a conversation, and I asked him, "Do you need any signs for your business?" He said yes! I got to know him quite well through the business but I quit the sign job about several months later. I still had contact with Giorgio, and went in for the whole nine yards, examination, fitting, contacts, glasses. Dr. Frank was amazing and very empathetic, she was kind and advising. Giorgio was great at helping me pick out my frames- we played process of elimination, today, I am still very happy with my glasses and not to mention new lenses! He is a great guy and has vision for stylish vision ha ha. I couldn't find any other frames like the one I have now, so I must be lucky. I could easily choose to go elsewhere, but while I'm here I'm going to his shop because his customer service skills resonate with those of my own in sales. However, should I move away, I hope to find a great team that's like his. Thanks.

I have gone back to Georgio's for the 2nd year and for the 2nd year, Georgio, within minutes of my arriving, picked out the perfect pair of glasses for me. He has an amazing eye! In the past, I have spent hours (even days) searching through many eye-ware shops trying to find the style I wanted at a price I could afford, but since I've found Georgio's I no longer waste time searching. Our 2 year old son Owen has Down Syndrome. We had heard about specific frames, Specs 4 Us, designed special for children with Down Syndrome, but found that they were not as readily available as we thought they would be. Luckily we found Giorgio's. From start to finish this was such a wonderful experience. We were greeted and treated so kindly. Giorgio knew what we needed and couldn't have been more in tune with what Owen needed! He was patient and understanding and Owen really had a pleasurable experience being fitted for glasses. My new glasses from Georgio are not only the most fashionable glasses I have ever owned, he has created them so I can see perfectly no mater where I focus. I live in CT and I get compliments from complete strangers. They say, "I love your glasses, where did you get them?" I tell them Geogios in MA and they are visibly upset.

My 5 year daughter has Down syndrome and needed to be fitted for glasses. Giorgio was FANTASTIC with her!!
